Through our benefits platform partner (Zizzl), you select a plan from the health insurance marketplace.

You can choose:

  • Lower premium / higher deductible
  • Higher premium / lower deductible
  • Individual, spouse, children, or family coverage

Step 3: You Pay the Difference (If Any)

If your plan costs less than our contribution, you may pay nothing out of pocket.
If it costs more, you pay only the remaining balance.
